Houses of my dreams....

Found these houses with the interiors designed by Myra Hoefer...simply devine! You can feel the warmth of the houses go straight to your heart and soul!Need it badly!! I love the soft ochre colour and the deep brown wood...check out the two mirrors!

Nearly forgot to post this: for years I've been a great fan of Nicholas Hely-Hutchinson...his paintings are like dreams...my dreams of home and life.

It's a glorious day!

It's a lovely and glorious day: it's the Sabbath and the weather is heavenly...I had a good nights sleep and will have my brunch in the garden, enjoying it all. Then I'll read and meditate on God's Word.....

A new day..

I guess you all heard of what happened yesterday when Holland celebrated the Queens birthday? Such a tragedy....he man who was responsable died but before he died he said that his deed was against the Royal family! One 'positive' thing did happen; after he had hit those poor people,may they who died rest in peace, he crashed against the monument! God knows what wouldn't been the outcome if that monument hadn't been there!
Queens day will never be the same again!

Why would a person do such a thing? He obvious was very sick in the head, but what happened to him that he made that decission? God knows....

Where has the sun gone??

Today the weather was reasonable. In the morning it still rained but it did clear later on...One of my cats didn't come in lastnite so he had to spend the nite outside...I didn't sleep a wink! He's not that young anymore and his health isn't that good lately. And now he's lyingin his cot, sleeping and sometimes he coughs...the poor thing! Will keep him in for a couple of days...no more walkabout for him!
